I have been automating my tree gathering farm and I have pallets set up for logs, planks and poles. I have a few things now that need wooden pegs but I cant add the pegs to the pallets to be stored. What are you meant to do with these?

Wooden pegs are not stored in pallets like other wood-based resources are. You will need to use storage crates/boxes to store the wooden pegs. Build one and you will be able to add wooden pegs to it as you would for any other resource that you stack on pallets or in the crates.
