Where can I get square frames from?

I need square frames for new crafting blueprints and I have not seen any of these before. How do you get square frames?

Square frames are something you need to craft yourself. You might find some in a lumber yard but it is a lot easier to make them yourself. If you have a structural workbench, you will be able to craft one using four poles and four fixing pegs.
