I am following the I am become death quest and it looks like the quest marker is in the basement of the Mama Dolce food processing plant. I can’t find the way into the lower levels of the building, how do you get down there?

There is no traditional basement in this building. To get to the location you are looking for, you need to use the pipes outside the building. There is an entrance covered by a red piece of metal on the pipe. The answer to the question here will show you where to find it.
