I have been looking all around the room. I even went downstairs, thinking the purple circle might be showing me the area below or something but nothing. It looks like the wand for Dr Rabe is in the room but I can’t seem to find it. Wand?

The wand is on the table. You will need to keep an eye out for a glint, similar to the hidden field pages. If you use the revelio spell while standing next to it it will reveal a hidden chest. Pick the lock and Isko Rabes wand can be found inside. This video will show you where to find it.
