I see there is a trophy for finding coins. I have played through a lot of the game now and I have not come across a single coin. I have been making sure to explore everywhere to find the safe codes and safes for loot. I have also been picking up lots of playing cards but no coins. What is the deal with this trophy?

It is hard to explain this without spoiling anything. All I will say is that you will find your first coin once you progress far enough into the game. The first coin will be found automatically or is damn near impossible to miss. Once you collect this, you will understand how the system works and why you haven’t found any as of yet. You still have a large amount of this game still to beat.
