Is there anywhere you can purchase treasure maps that will reveal the location of all of the collectable items on a planet. Felt like this might be something you could buy with bolts from the pirate planet but none of the vendors at the marketplace sell anything.

It is possible to get a map to show the collectable item locations. You are not able to buy them though. There is one single gadget called the map-o-matic which will reveal all collectable items on all planets. It is found on the pirate planet of Ardolis, you just need to know where to look.
