I am trying to continue the upgrades for the first skill tree, I need to upgrade “Resistance” in order to get to the Recycling section, but in order to get resistance it says that the prerequsites are to unlock the storm shield storage vault. When I go to my storm shield the storage is empty and I cant figure it out how to increase the amount of storage it has. How to i get this prerequisite so i can continue upgrading the skill tree.

This is one of the branched skill tree items. The items before the resistance item in the skill tree are branched, one on the top and bottom. You need to purchase both of these skills before being able to purchase the resistance skill. Make sure you have both unlocked and this should cover the prerequisite for this skill.
