Like past games from From Software, Bloodborne comes with a relatively simple trophy list, but due to the games high difficulty level, it is quite a challenge to get the platinum trophy. There are a few trophies that you unlock for playing through the games different endings. It is possible to get the platinum in a single playthrough, but you will need to backup your game save. See Yharnam Sunrise , Honouring Wishes, Childhood's Beginning. There are a few missable trophies so check them out before rushing ahead. If you screw up and miss a trophy, the game has a new game+ feature that lets you play the game, but lets you keep your current character.

Trophy Guide & Road Map [toggle]

All trophies acquired. Hats off!
You lived through the hunt, and saw another day.

!Missable
Make a backup of your game save before attempting this. There are multiple different outcomes ( Honoring Wishes, Childhood's Beginning ) of this scene and there is a trophy for each so if you don't want to play the game twice make sure you back up your save.

After you have defeated Mergo's Wet Nurse a you will return to the Hunter's Dream and you will see a house on fire. Talk to the Doll and she will tell you that Gherman is waiting for you by the old tree. This opens a gate, but be careful here as this is where it can all go wrong.

Talk to Gherman and he will ask you to "Submit your life". Do this and the trophy will pop at the end of the scene.

The video below will help you get this done without any error.

Captivated by the moon presence, you pledge to watch over the hunter's dream.

!Missable
This is the alternative outcome to "Yharnam Sunrise". Make sure you back up your game save before doing this if you want to get "Yharnam Sunrise" without having to play the game again. If you already have "Yharnam Sunrise" then hopefully you made a backup of your game save. Restore that game save and play out the alternative branch.

This time you have to refuse the offer. This will trigger the trophy to pop at the end of the scene.

You became an infant Great One, lifting humanity into its next childhood.

!Missable
As before make sure you have a game save backed up for this. If you don't have one then make sure you make a backup so you don't have to replay the entire game to get the other trophies.

To unlock this ending you will need to have three umbilical cords that you must consume before entering the gate at the end to talk to Gherman. If you don't have the cords then you cannot get this trophy. The guide below will explain how to get the cords. If you have 3 cords consume them before going through the gate. Once you have done it walk through the gate and talk to Gherman.

Gherman will ask you to give up your life for the hunt. When given the option, refuse! Once the battle with Gherman is over a new battle will be triggered against the "Moon Presence". Once this is complete you will unlock the trophy.

Defeat Yharnam, Blood Queen of the Old Labyrinth.

In order to reach this Yharnam, Pthumerian Queen you will need to work your way through all of the Chalice Dungeons. These dungeons are generated randomly so there is no real guide to give for them. There are multiple layers and levels to each of the dungeons with the difficulty increasing with each level. Once you have completed them all you will have access to the blood queen.

The difficulty level here is very high so it's wise that you would wait until you are well equipped to be able to tackle this as it is no walk in the park!

Acquire all hunter weapons.

In total there are 26 weapons that you need to obtain to get this trophy. Thankfully you do not need to possess all weapons at once to get the trophy, simply having collected the weapon once is enough to be able to track it, but it is probably best you keep them anyway just so you can keep tabs and avoid any potential issues where a weapon did not correctly register that you had collected it.

Here are all the weapons that you will need to get the trophy. Check out the video below for the locations of all the weapons. You can also find a text version of the weapons guide here http://www.gamesradar.com/bloodborne-weapons-guide/

Acquire all special hunter tools.

There are 10 unique Hunter Tools that you need to collect to get this trophy. As with "Hunter's Essence" you do not need to own all of the Hunter Tools at once to get the trophy, but it does help for tracking purposes to keep them all. Hunter Tools are listed in the consumables tab of your inventory that require arcane to use. The tools will give you superhuman abilities when consumed.

Below is a list of each of the required tools in the order they appear in your inventory.

Acquire a weapon of the highest level.

To acquire a max level weapon you need to fortify a weapon at the workshop in the Hunter's Dream until it becomes level 10. To level up weapons you need to use blood stones. For those who have played past games they will be familiar with how this system works. As you progress through the game you will get more substantial sizes of Blood Stone that will allow you to get the next tier of levels which are listed below. You will need 16 pieces to get through the first 3 tiers.

Level 1 - 3 : The first 3 levels require "Blood Stone Shards", these are fairly common drops so you wont have too much trouble levelling up with these.
Level 4 - 6 : Later in the game you will start to get "Twin Blood Stone Shards" from enemies.
Level 7 - 9 : This requires "Blood Stone Chunks" which are found much later in the game.
Level 10 : You only need a single "Blood Rock" to level up to level 10. Only issue is that enemies wont drop this. You can only find Blood Rocks in chests that are hidden in very hard to find places and they are also found in the chalice dungeons. You will need to go down to the 4th+ depth in order to be in with a chance of finding one.

Acquire an extremely precious blood gem.

Extremely precious gems can only be found in the chalice dungeons. You will likely get this while making your way to the queen so don't worry about this trophy until you are going to get "Yharnam, Pthumerian Queen". The deeper you go into the dungeons the more likely you are to come across one of these.

Acquire an extremely precious Caryll Rune.

Caryll Runes are used to give special bonuses to different stats. Like with the Blood Gem Master trophy you will get one of these in the chalice dungeons. It is possible to get this trophy outside of the chalice dungeons though. The "Communion" rune that you get for defeating the Celestial Emissary boss is enough for you to get this trophy.

Gain entry to Cainhurst, the lost and ruined castle.

You will get this trophy when going for the "Martyr Logarius" trophy as the boss is located in this castle. In order to get there you will need to obtain the "Cainhurst Summons". There is a bit of a trail that you need to follow this so you will need to follow the video guide below in order to get to it and not mess up.

Once you have the "Cainhurst Summons" you need to return to the area where you fought the "Hemmick Witch" boss. You need to have defeated the boss in order to do this correctly. Near where the butcher enemies are hanging out you will see a large grave stone. When you walk toward it a cutscene will trigger. Now all you need to do is get into the carrage and it will bring you to Cainghurst and you will get your trophy.

Gain entry to the realm of the Choir, the high stratum of the Healing Church.

The first thing you are going to need is the "Upper Cathedral Key" which you obtain from the "Yahar'gul Unseen Village". This comes after you defeat "Rom" so you will need to have defeated this boss before you can get this trophy. Follow the video guide below to find out where to get the key.

Once you have the key head to the "Cathedral Ward" and go up the elevator that is through the door on the right. Go up to the top of the tower and use the key on the locked door. The trophy should pop once you go inside.

Discover the abandoned old workshop, the source of the hunter's dream.

You need to defeat the "Blood Starved Beast" in "Old Yharnham" before you can get this. Travel to the "Cathedral Ward" lamp and go through the door on the right. If you have not defeated the "Blood Starved Beast" then this door will be locked. The video guide below will guide you the rest of the way as the path to the workshop is hidden quite well.

Gain entry into the Byrgenwerth lecture building, that drifts within the realm of nightmare.

Defeat Darkbeast Paarl.

The DarkBeast Paarl can be found in 2 different locations. The first place to find him is in "Hypogean Gaol". To get here you need to get killed by an unseen enemy. These are tall, skinny monsters that are wearing large capes and a are carrying a bag over their backs. Once you get killed by one you will wake up in a prison. Wander around and you will eventually come across the Hypogean Gaol lamp.

If you missed your chance to get it at Hypogean Gaol then you will find it later on at the "Yahar'gul Chapel". You will get here through natural story progression.

Defeat Great One: Amygdala.

Amygdala is located in the "Nightmare Frontier". To get to this boss you will need to go to the "Nightmare Lecture Building" and climb down the ladder next to the giant and go through the door on the first floor. The boss is located at the other side of the poison lake. If you have the supplies you can try running through the lake other wise you will have too take the long way around.

Defeat Martyr Logarius.

Martyr Logarius is located in the "Forsaken Cainhurst Castle". There is a bit of work in getting access to the castle so follow the guide for the "Cainhurst" trophy if you are having trouble finding how to get there. Once you get to the castle you will have to run across the rooftops in order to get to the boss. The video below will show you how to find Martyr Logarius.

Defeat Great One: Celestial Emissary.

You should get access to the "Upper Cathedral Ward" lamp after you get the "Choir" trophy. Follow the guide below to get to the boss.

Defeat Great One: Ebrietas, Daughter of the Cosmos.

Ebrietas is the boss after the Lumenflower Garden lamp. When you load into this location, or just after defeating the Celestial Emissary, turn towards the building behind the lamp and smash the window to lead you towards the boss area. After taking the elevator down, you'll actually see Ebrietas on the opposite end of the room when you enter the area. She isn't hostile until you attack her and your initial attack wont damage her.

Acquire a blood gem that imbues hunter weapons with special strength.

You will likely get this one through natural progression of the game. You will need to have killed Father Gascoigne and obtained the "Blood Gem Workshop Tool" which is located in a chest just after the boss fight. You will likely come across a few Blood Gems throughout the game especially if you are working to get the "Blood Gem Master" trophy.

Acquire a Caryll Rune that endows hunters with special strength.

If you are working to get the "Rune Master" trophy then this should come naturally. You will come across plenty of runes as you play through the game. You will need to kill the "Witch of Hemwick" in order to be able to apply the runes to your character.

Acquire the Chalice of Pthumeru that seals the catacombs that form a web deep below Yharnam.

The Chalice of Pthumeru is obtained as a reward for defeating Blood-starved Beast in Old Yharnam.
