Return first relic to the H.E.L.M?

I am trying to clear up some of the season 18 quests and there is one to bring the treasure back to the H.E.L.M. There are a couple more that require you to bring the second, third, etc back to the HELM also. How are you supposed to do this? I have done a few Ketchcrash games now and I have not yet come across a single relic that I can bring back to anyone at the HELM.

You will need to track the primary quest for the season of plunder. This will guide you to do a few different jobs at the HELM. As you get through them, you will unlock additional quests and icons on the HELM map. Eventually, you will get to a quest where you will need to track down some pirate and kill it to get the treasure.

Once you have the first treasure, you can go to the table in the image below across from the star chart and place the relic here. Once you drop the relic, you will get the quest completed. All the rest of the relics are obtained in the same way and once you get another, bring it back to the same location to complete the next tier of the quest.
