I have made my way to the building marked on the map for the quest “One of Us” and I have gotten down to a room where the quest marker is. I have interacted with the terminal but there is no option to load the hollotape. Is this a glitch?
There is still a quest market at whitesprings. I thought this might have been an issue first but maybe the quest is messed up?

You need to interact with a terminal and then press the button to load a holotape. This will be X on Xbox or Square on PC. The button. Will be at the bottom of the screen below the terminal window. You will have to scroll through a list of tapes in your inventory and load up the system access tape. The quest will continue from here.
