I have arrived at Lewisburg as part of the forbidden knowledge quest. I have to “meet your mentor in Lewisburg”. There doesn’t appear to be anyone here though. The place is empty, just ghouls everywhere. The circle region on the map doesn’t have anyone for me to talk to.

Behind one of the stalls next to a nuka cola machine, you will find a dead body called Natasha Hunt. There will be a recording on the body for you to loot that will begin the next part of the quest for you.
