The cockeyed chronic showed up in an event recently and I was unable to get enough cards to unlock it. What does this provide once you get all 100 cards?

This can be quite a valuable building as it will provide you with common character cards every 5 hours. Upgrades will double the amount of cards it provides. It will give you 3 cards by default. By the time you get deep into the seasons, you are going to have a lot of potential cards in the pool so this may not give you as many good cards as you may have hoped but it sure is better than nothing.
