iOS Operating System

iOS is the main competitor to the Android OS. It is produced by Apple and is used on products such as the iPhone, iPad and some iPod devices. Much like other platforms, the App Store for iOS contains a huge collection of video games that range from free to play MMOs to more traditional paid games.

Gaming on Apple devices can be quite enjoyable due to the limited number of devices in the infrastructure. The experiences are often well optimized for the hardware. The iPad, in particular, can offer a great gaming experience with strong visuals when compared to the more basic mobile games.

In the section below, you will find a list of content that has been published to the site relating to the iOS platform and other Apple devices that use it.
