If I assign this perk to multiple items, will the effects stack so that I get multiple elemental wells for each grenade kill?

It does but the perk doesn’t really give you that much super energy to begin with. You would need to sacrifice a lot of good perks to make use of this perk. Unless you have a build that allows you to kill the majority of enemies using melee attacks, it probably isn’t worth wasting mod slots on multiple versions of this mod.
