The film crew that give you free liquor, how often do they appear. What is the refresh time so that I can check in to get the bonus?

It isn’t a fixed amount of time like it is for other things. However, they generally appear every 15 mins or so. If you are taking advantage of the double bonus in cash, you should find the film crew refresh at roughly the same rate. Unfortunately, it does not have a time that is easy.
