It won’t take long for you to come across a few objectives where the goal is deep below the surface of the water, far deeper than you will be able to swim if you are to hold your breath. So the question is, how do you get your hands on this underwater breathing device for diving that will make your problems go away. Fear not, you will end up coming across several uses for this diving mask before you can actually obtain it, so chances are you have not missed it.
How To Get The Diving Mask
The diving mask is an item that allows you to breathe underwater indefinitely, reaching much deeper ruins and areas of the game. It is an item you will be required to have in order to progress with the story, so if you do not have it yet, a vague goal will be to just continue with the story missions.
The specific quest you will need to be working toward is obtaining Poseidon. This is one of Gaia’s subordinate functions that is located beneath the ruins of Las Vegas in the desert. Once you start working toward completing this quest, constructing the diving mask will be something you need to do. Once you obtain it, you will be able to go back and swim down to those ruins for the treasure that was previously out of reach.
