For the An Organic Solution quest have made my way to the Southampton estate and found Ella’s body upstairs. I tried to loot the research from her body but nothing happens. The quest marker is still on her body but the research is no longer on her body so I can’t collect it. I tried reloading to a different server and the research was back on her corpse again but the same thing happened when I collected it.

This quest glitched for me too. Maybe it isn’t a glitch, who knows. Check your inventory under the holotapes section. Ella’s research should be here. If you play it, it will load up a computer program on the pip boy where you can continue on with the quest. The objective of “Find Ella’s Research” will remain on the screen for some reason though.
The doesn’t make it clear, but Ella’s research is actually a holotape. If like me you took it from her body and nothing seemed to happen, check your holotape store in your pip boy. That’s where it is put.
