I won the Yoshi doll in the claw game. What am I supposed to do with it? Seems funny that It ended up in this game but I am wondering what you are meant to do with it?

Once you leave the building where you won the doll, a kid will say his mother is very jealous that you have this. She is up at the top of the village in the house with two doors. She is inside holding a baby. Speak to her and she will ask you to give her the dool. Do this and it will begin a trading mini quest.
