There is an upgrade for the shotgun that makes it shoot grenades. How do you do this? I don’t see an extra inventory item that allows me to load grenades into the gun?

Grenades must be picked up as you have been doing up until now. Once you have a grenade in your hand, you can attach it to the front of the shotgun in order to arm it. Once the grenade is attached to the front of the gun. There aren’t any shotgun specific grenades or anything like this.
