If I create a world on the Playstation 4 version of Minecraft, can i take this seed number and use it on the pocket edition of the game. Can any other combination of seed transfers work so that If I find a great seed on one system, can I use it on a different platform?

Back before the bedrock edition the answer would have been no, however things have changed. The bedrock edition is currently available on tbe Xbox one, switch and mobile devices. Seeds can be shared across all these versions. So if you see seeds from the switch or Xbox version of the game they should work on the new version of minecrMin on iOS and Android.
