Admiral Anderson is on Vidcom...Where?

Every time I return to the Normandy, there is a voice over the intercom that says “Admiral Anderson is on Vidcom”. I assumed this was going to be the conference table like it was in Mass Effect 2 but it is not. Where am I supposed to find the Vidcom to speak with Anderson?

If you view the map of the Normandy it will show you the vid comm machine is at location number 4 on the map. It’s very close to the war room, right behind where you spawn.
