I have 2 PSN accounts for different regions. I want to download some games purchased on my other PSN account. How do I log into a different PSN account with my PS Vita?

It can be done, but not easily. There is no simple user account option like there is on the PS3/PS4. Once you set the system up with a user account, this is the only user that can use the system. If you want to switch to another account you need to do a system restore and setup a new account from scratch. It isn’t something you would do regularly so only go to this effort if you plan on permenantly changing it.
