The birthday cake in the break room has the candle burning how do I blow it out for the challenge for this level? I’ve tried fanning it and using all my weapons but nothing blows out the candle.

You need to obtain the fire extinguisher. You will find it underneath the sink in the same room. Once you have it, blow it onto the cake and the candle will blow out, unlocking the challenge
