The bridge is collapsing and there are a bunch of people who are trapped at the edge with fire blocking the way forward. How are you meant to rescue these people from the flames?

There is a water tanker that is right next to the flames. You will see there is ridged metal hose hanging on the back. If you look at this you will be able to use R1+L1 in order to pull it out and it will land on top of the flames, releasing the water and putting out the fire.
