When you are in combat you will see that a sort of white icon will appear in the direction of the enemy about to attack. This is meant to be your spider-sense letting you know that an enemy is about to attack you.

When this icon goes red, it gives you a very short window in order to dodge the attack. If you are able to perform the dodge when this is red, it will be counted as a perfect dodge. It is a bit harder to get this timed right compared to normal as the icon will only stay red for a very short moment.
