How Do You charge the backup power?

I am chasing after the cat called Spiderman and I am being told to charge up the backup power. I can see the big turbine in front of me but I have no idea how to charge it up. What are you supposed to do here?

Press R3 on the controller and it will highlight a panel on the wall with a light yellow color. This is the backup generator. You will need to go over to this generator and press L1 in order to charge up a punch and it will use the venom electricity to power up the generator.
