I have the key that the doctor gave me but I can’t figure out how to use it. It is letting me twist the little tentacle part but I don’t know how to line them up. How do you solve this?

You need to line up each of the tentacles so that they match a line on the area behind it. Use the right analog stick to switch between which of the tentacles you are twisting. Might be useful to twist them all to the side at the start and then gradually move each one to the correct position. The video below will show you how to do it.
