How to get electrical egg across to generator in Lanayru Mine?

I am at the third of the three power generators required to unlock the main door to the temple of time in Lanayru desert (at least I think that’s the door I’m unlocking).

I have gotten over to the other side of the doom where there is a locked door with the generator inside. The little seed egg thing that the lobster guys turn into can’t be transported over. Any idea how to do this?

This is one of those times where Fi is a life saver. Target the egg and ask for her help. She will tell you that you can use the beetle to carry the eggs. So do just that and fly it to the other side.
