Can The Vita Be Connected To A TV?

If I want to play some games from the vita on a regular TV can it be done? Is there an adaptor that I can buy that lets me output the video signal to the TV instead of the vita screen?

It is not possible to connect the standard handheld vita to a TV in order to play games, but it is possible to play Vita games on the Tv. There is a device called the Vita TV or Playstation Tv. This is a tiny device with a HDMI port that you can use to play vita games on the Tv. It works quite well, but the remote play aspect of it sucks. I’m not sure if they are still being made, but they cost $50 when I got mine, so I am sure you can get it on eBay or somewhere for quite cheap of Sony do not sell them anymore.
