I didn’t realise that I already had a mount before purchasing one from the crown store. Either way I can now select one from the collections menu, but I don’t know how to call the mount so I can ride it. What do you do to call your horse in Elder Scrolls Online?

You don’t actually call your horse in ESO instead you just sort of teleport on top of it, kinda like how it works in World of Warcraft. So all you need to do to summon a horse is to press the button for it. Here are the controls.
ps4 – Press and hold the touch pad
pc – Press H
xbox – press and hold the select/share button.
