Can you spoof Amiibo's using an Android phone?

My phone supports NFC. It would make sense they I could simply spoof the Amiibo NFC tag using my phone and use it on the Nintendo Switch. Is it possible to spoof the Amiibo figures using a smartphone or any NFC device?
