How do you get into the room in the basement of the ski lodge. There is a locked door down here that requires a keycard to unlock and there is some kind of laser grid inside. What is inside here and how do you get in?

This room is part of a quest. I forget what it is but the keycard will be on the floor near the door, under the rug maybe. There is some good supplies inside along with a quest item but nothing worth going out of your way for at the moment. Once you get the quest you will be able to go inside.
