If i purchase midnight deluxe I can get the platinum on my PS4 and Vita. If I also purchase the same game from the PS store in a different region I can download the game again on my PS4 and get another platinum, but how do I also do this on the Vita? I know there are ways to switch user account but this means you are logged into the other user account and when you want to switch back you lose all your game data. How are you meant to do this?

You can’t. There is no way for you to game share like you can on the PS4. You can’t even switch user accounts on the damn thing. You will only be able to get the second regional based platinum by switching accounts on the PS4.
