I have found the knife, cassette tape of the laughing, the circuit board and all I am missing now is the mask. I’ve gone around this coffee world place so many times and I haven’t seen anything. The game also isn’t suggesting much to help me out either. Where is the moose skull mask?

You likely need to go into the mind palace and go to the questions tab. There’s a couple of questions you need to ask of different people here to uncover the location of the mask. You won’t be able to find the mask without first interacting with the questions relating to the moose skull mask in the mind palace questions. Once this is done, you will be told they the mask is in the well.
