I’ve gone through the derailed train part and have gone further underground. I am in a flooded basement area now where I can interact with the lightbulb but when I do, it reaveals a new area that is still blocked off. There is a save room to the left but there’s no other doors nearby. I’m not sure where else to bring the bulb either. What am I supposed to do?

Once you clear the first bulb from the centre of the room, go to the metal fence on the right. You will see there is another bright light here. Once standing at the fence you will be able to pull in the light from this too. Once both lights have been absorbed, you will be able to continue on into the next area.
