My Lego Tallneck Figure Regrets

Hey there, fellow collectors and Horizon fans! So, I bought the Lego Tallneck figure over the Christmas. Don’t get me wrong, building it was a blast, but now that it’s sitting on my shelf, I’m starting to feel a bit of buyer’s remorse. You know how it is, right?

Let me just say that I’m a huge fan of Horizon, and I’ve got a pretty sweet collection of figures from the game. So when I heard about the Lego Tallneck, I was super excited to add it to my collection. I mean, who wouldn’t want a cool Lego version of one of the most iconic creatures in the game?

But here’s the thing: now that it’s built and on display, I can’t help but feel like it doesn’t quite fit in with the rest of my collection. The build was fun and all, but when I take a step back and look at it next to my other collector’s edition figures, it just seems a bit… well, cheap.

I know, I know, it’s Lego, so I shouldn’t have expected a super high-quality, detailed figure. But still, I can’t shake the feeling that it’s just not on the same level as my other collectibles. It’s like that one friend who shows up to a fancy party wearing jeans and a t-shirt – they’re still cool, but they just don’t quite fit in, you know?

Now, I’m not saying the Lego Tallneck is a total waste of money or anything. Like I said, building it was a lot of fun, and if you’re a diehard Lego fan, it might be right up your alley. But for me, personally, I just wish it looked a bit more polished and high-quality, so it could stand proudly next to my other Horizon figures.

Anyway, that’s just my two cents on the Lego Tallneck. Maybe I’m being too picky, or maybe some of you out there feel the same way. Either way, I just wanted to share my thoughts and see if anyone else has had a similar experience. Happy collecting, friends, and may your shelves always be filled with awesome figures (even if they don’t all quite fit in)!
