The dungeon will be introduced to you early on in the game. This is where you must go at night time with your planimals in order to fight and also to gather some unique resources that can only be found in the dungeon.
You will need to spend quite a bit of time in the dungeon, not only to gather resources for crafting but getting to the end is also part of the games main story. Here is everything you need to know about the Monster Harvest dungeon.
How To Find The Dungeon
In order to go into the dungeon, you must wait until it is the evening time. This can be done by going to the bed in your house at the farm. You will have two options here. You can sleep until morning or wait until evening. When you wait until the evening, you will fast forward a few hours, regaining some stamina in the process.
To find the dungeon, head north from your farm. Once you get to planimal point, head north again until you get to the top of the town. You will need to walk around some buildings to get there. At the top of the town, cross the bridge north again and you will see a skeleton of some kind of dinosaur-like creature on the ground. The cave entrance to the dungeon is just above this.
How Many Levels Are In The Dungeon
When you first enter the dungeon, you will start out on level one. Each time you defeat the boss, you will be able to loot a chest with some nice goodies before progressing to the next level. The fifth level is the final one in the monster harvest dungeon. When you defeat the boss here, you will have finished the dungeon. There will be no more levels after this. You will be able to repeat it from the start for resources if you wish.
How To Exit The Dungeon
There are three different ways to exit the dungeon. The first way most people will discover is from having all of your planimals die. when the final one is dead, you will automatically exit the dungeon and return to the informatory.
The second way is by simply backtracking the route to which you came. Returning through each of the levels in the dungeon. This method is rather slow unfortunately but due to a bug on consoles, maybe the only option is having all your planimals die.
The final method is to use a very handy button in the inventory menu that will allow you to teleport out of the dungeon. Navigating your cursor to this on console is currently broken, which means you will not be able to do this outside of PC.
