The phone was ringing at the start of the game and she picked it up automatically. The phone has rang a few times since then and I don’t know how to pick it up. There’s no button notification to sguest which button should be pressed. How Do You answer the phone?

Outside of any scripted, story related elements, is it possible to actually kill the alien at any point in the game or must you wait until the end. Assuming the alien does actually die in the game?
