I have reached the location marked on the map to get the supply drop from the army requisition tape but there is nothing here. What am I meant to be looking for?

Is it possible to increase the level of a legendary weapon in Fallout 76. The weapon I have is way lower than my current level but it is a great gun.

Does the lucky break perk card provide enough benefit to make it worth using? Will it repair armor enough to save you much on repair costs?

Is the luck of the draw worth using? Will it mean that you never have to repair a weapon again?
