Classic Devil Summoner Returns as RAIDOU Remastered

ATLUS has announced DEVIL SUMMONER: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army will be returning as RAIDOU Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army, set for release on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. This updated version brings the cult classic to a new generation, featuring significant enhancements across the board.

Raidou Remastered Visual Upgrade

The remaster includes upgraded visuals, improved combat, and a roster expanded by 50 demons, pushing the total to over 120. For the first time, the story is fully voiced, offering a more immersive narrative experience as players step into the role of Raidou Kuzunoha XIV, a Devil Summoner tasked with protecting an alternate Taisho-era Japan from supernatural threats.

Gameplay Enhancements and New Features

Players will discover new additions such as the MAG Drain System and the option to summon up to two demon allies simultaneously. Quality-of-life improvements have also been introduced, with features like an enhanced Detective Journal and Express Streetcars for easier navigation. Five difficulty levels are available, with the most challenging Detective Legend difficulty unlocking after the initial playthrough.

The game initially debuted in Japan in 2006, followed by its sequel in 2008. This remaster seeks to build upon the legacy of the original while appealing to longtime fans and newcomers alike.
