When you first arrive at the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower, you will likely run around the outside wondering where the entrance has gone to. If you read the nearby diary in the tent, you will find that a snowstorm has caused the tower to get buried beneath the snow The only clue that you are given here is that they used a nearby cave to store their building materials but will not say much more than this.
To get started with finding your way inside the Gerudo highlands skyview tower, you will need to locate this cave as we are going to need to use a similar strategy that was used with the sahasra slope skyview tower by making your way inside from the cave below.
Where Is The Cave With The Building Supplies?
The cave with the building supplies is just in the mountain edge behind where the tent with the diary is. It is a small entrance and it blends in well with the surrounding area but if you are facing the tent, look to the left and you will see it. The image below will show you.
Head over to the cave and make your way down until you get to the water. Use a plank nearby and stand on it as a raft to follow the stream of water down until the end. You could also swim if you have enough stamina to not drown.
When you reach the end, you will see a large supporting frame. This is the frame that supports the tower from below. You will need to use some of the wooden planks to make something that you can stand on to be able to uplift into the tower above.
When you are standing directly below the tower based on the mini-map that you can see on the bottom right of the image above, you should be able to use the uplift ability to go through the cave roof and into the tower. You can tell you are in the correct position as there is a very clear wooden square that is different to the rest of the area. This is the base of the Skyview tower so make sure you uplift into this.
Assuming you do it correctly, you will find yourself inside the Gerudo Highlights skyview tower and can interact with the terminal to survey the area.
