Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault Enters Early Access on Steam

Moonlighter 2 Early Access

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault is now available in Early Access on Steam as of November 19, 2025, inviting players back to the world of Will for a new chapter of shopkeeping and dungeon-delving. Developed by Digital Sun and published by 11 bit studios, this follow-up expands the series’ signature blend of roguelite action and economic strategy.

Set across three shifting dimensions, the game challenges players to navigate ever-changing dungeons filled with relics, traps, and enemies. The rhythm remains familiar—venture out to gather loot, then return to town to manage pricing, demand, and presentation—while new systems deepen the push-and-pull between risk and profit.

Combat offers four core weapon classes—Short Sword, Big Sword, Spear, and Gauntlets—each designed for distinct playstyles. Ranged options like the Blo-Blaster and Blo-Beam broaden tactical choices, and a specialized backpack can launch enemies to create breathing room or set up combos, adding crowd control to the toolkit.

Looting is a game of strategy. Inventory space is limited, so every relic you keep must justify the risk of pressing deeper. Biome-specific effects can shock, burn, or absorb items, dynamically boosting or destroying their value; understanding these rules is essential to sustaining your shop and funding future runs.

Back in Tresna, players set prices, attract customers, unlock perks, and customize their storefront with upgrades and décor. The town calendar introduces VIPs, known clients, and shifting market demands that influence what sells and when, rewarding careful planning and responsive merchandising. You’ll also have a loyal, unsellable pet Bloblet accompanying your journey.
