The Nornir chest on Dragon Beach is going to be one that has you stumped. Two of the three runes are quite easy to find if you search around the area but the third one appears to be missing. Where can you find it?
The third rune is completely obscured from view and you are not going to be able to find it. If you look behind the Nornir chest on Dragon Beach, you will see that there is a water geyser shooting water into the air. Throw the Leviathan Axe at this water spout to freeze it and the secret will be revealed.
Keep note of where the jar is behind the water and when you recall the Leviathan axe, throw it through the water to smash the jar and unlock the Nornir chest. If any of this is unclear, check out the video guide below.
