Nornir chests have returned in God of War Ragnarok and serve the same purpose as before. Each time you unlock one, you will receive an item that can either benefit your maximum health or maximum rage.
Each chest is surrounded with some kind of puzzle with varying difficulty. They are all going revolve around the three runes on the front of the chest. In the surrounding area there will be some kind of item, be it a jar, bell, mechanical switch or some other item for you to interact with and activate that particular rune. Once all three have been activated, sometimes with a time limit required, the chest will unlock and give you access to the upgrade item inside.
This section will provide guides to many of the Nornir chests in God of War Ragnarok to help you crack open some of the more challenging chests that do not have obvious puzzle solutions.
