Sleepy Castle Studio has announced that Escape from Ever After, an adventure RPG channeling the spirit of classic Paper Mario, will launch on January 23, 2026 for PC and consoles at $24.99 USD. The game puts fairytale and storybook heroes in a satirical struggle against capitalism and office politics, blending whimsical worldbuilding with sharp workplace humor.
Players can look forward to a fun, fast-paced turn-based battle system that rewards experimentation and strategy. Party members can be built and customized with unique skills that are equipped and upgraded over the course of the adventure, opening up new team synergies and tactical options.
