I’ve played Guild Wars 2 for years and recently returned after a break. I’d like a new completionist-style goal, like an achievement, collection, or useful or cosmetic reward. I’m not looking to focus on the story, raids, or a lot of legendary farming. What would be worth working toward?

Browse the achievements and collections for a reward you’d actually use or enjoy, such as a skin, title, or quality-of-life item. That gives you a clear target without committing to another legendary. Check the prerequisites before you start, since some collections can involve story steps or particular maps.

If you want the routine itself to feel different, try a mode you haven’t spent much time in, such as World vs. World, structured PvP, or fractals. You can set a modest goal around learning a role or making progress on a reward track, then stop if the loop isn’t for you.

For a flexible long-term project, pick a region and work through its exploration and achievement goals, or make a personal collection of armor and weapon skins. Those goals can be done in short sessions, and you can switch areas when the repetition starts to drag.
