This season felt solid overall, but a few systems still seem clunky or underused. I’m mostly thinking about loot rewards, seasonal progression, and some of the side activities that drag on too long. What would you want adjusted next time?
What would you want changed for the next Diablo season?

The biggest thing for me is making reward loops feel less wasteful. If a vendor exists, it should matter all the way through endgame, not just while leveling. Same goes for uniques, they should feel special enough that getting one is exciting instead of another disappointment.
I’d also trim the stuff that slows the season down without adding much choice. Repeated lanes, long cutscenes, and activities that turn into the same wave over and over all make the game feel more like a chore than a season.

My wishlist is mostly economy and crafting related. Better access to upgrade mats, cheaper rerolls, and clearer item labeling would go a long way. A lot of frustration comes from not knowing what to keep, what to salvage, and what actually feeds the next step in crafting.
Also, accountwide progress for the seasonal board would make the whole thing feel less repetitive across alts. If they want people to try different classes, that kind of friction is exactly what gets in the way.

The clarity piece matters more than people think. Half the time the issue is not that a system is bad, it is that it wastes your time figuring out what it even wants from you.

Accountwide progress would be huge. Even if they keep some unlocks character based, the seasonal track itself should not feel like a fresh grind every single time.

I’d want the seasonal content to have more meaningful branches instead of straight lines. Let players make a real choice about where to go next, not just march through the same route every run. That alone would help the seasonal board feel less copy pasted.
And if they keep the big event-style activities, they should either speed them up or make them more varied. Long activities are fine when the pacing is good, but too many of them just overstay their welcome.

That choice part is a good call. A fork in the path makes a seasonal system feel like a system, not a checklist.

Honestly, I want the season to reward playstyles, not just time spent. Better loot targeting, more reliable access to build-defining pieces, and less dependence on one annoying farming route would make a huge difference.
If they do that, the rest of the season can stay pretty close to what it is. The core fun is already there, it just needs less friction around the edges.

That’s pretty much where I land too. The season does not need a total overhaul, just fewer dead spots where the game asks for time but gives very little back.

Yeah, the repetition is what wears me out too. If an activity is going to be long, it needs to change up enough that you don’t feel the pattern halfway through.
