What RPGs have loot and optional silenced-weapon stealth?

Cyberpunk 2077 is a strong fit. You can find and upgrade lots of weapons and gear, and build around suppressed guns, sneaking, or hacking. Stealth can make some encounters easier, but you can switch to open combat when a plan falls apart.

Fallout 4 has scavenging, weapon crafting, and optional stealth builds with suppressors. You can sneak through some areas with a silenced gun, or lean on companions and heavier weapons instead. Fallout: New Vegas is another option if you want more dialogue choices and a less gear-focused feel, though its loot system is different.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is worth a look if you’re happy with a more compact RPG and less emphasis on collecting piles of gear. It gives you silenced weapons, stealth tools, and ways to approach missions quietly or directly. Your upgrades and equipment matter, but it’s more about customizing your approach than chasing constant loot.
