What are some good games set mainly in a school?
I’ve played the Persona games, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and Hogwarts Legacy. I’m after another game where school is a big part of the setting, whether it’s supernatural or more of a life sim.

Bully is the most direct fit if you want to spend time doing school things. You attend classes, deal with different student groups, and get into plenty of trouble around campus. It’s an older game, so the humor and mechanics may feel dated, but the school setting is central.

For supernatural school stories, try Danganronpa. It’s a dramatic mystery visual novel with a school at the center, not a day-to-day life sim, and it gets pretty dark. Blue Reflection: Second Light is another option if you’d rather have a supernatural RPG with a school setting.

If you’re open to comedy and dating-sim elements, Monster Prom is a silly supernatural high-school game. For a more story-driven take on high school, Class of '09 has a sharp, darkly comic tone. Neither is really about managing classes or grades, though.
