I'm hesitant to try Night Market because I'm comparing it to trials. My setup is a mix of Deadly Strike, Tide-Born, Trainee, and Druid, and I parse around 50k with mistakes. Is that enough to give it a try, or should I improve my gear first?
I wouldn't assume Night Market has trial-level expectations just because it feels intimidating. The exact activity and difficulty matter, and a parse number by itself can't confirm whether your setup is suitable. Check any stated requirements, or ask the group what they expect before joining.
A parse doesn't show how you'll handle mechanics or how your build fits a particular role, so I wouldn't use 50k as the only test. If Night Market has different difficulty options, check which one you're considering. You can also tell the group you're new and ask whether your gear is a reasonable fit.
